In particular it highlights the relationship between the users and the platforms. These platforms use the attention economy to encourage allegiance or “loyalty” to their platforms.
The blog name stacks on stacks refers to the stacks of physical servers for these platforms. These stack upon stacks increase the users “free real estate” on their platforms.
